Why we can hold a withdrawal
We can pause a withdrawal while required identity checks remain incomplete. A withdrawal can also be unavailable when your jurisdiction appears on our restricted list.
The applicable reasons are:

- Your jurisdiction is blacklisted or prohibited under our operating restrictions.
We also apply a fee when your deposit has not been wagered at least once. This fee does not itself change our minimum withdrawal amount.

Withdrawal limits and fees
We allow withdrawals up to €10,000 per month. When your balance reaches at least ten times your total deposits, we apply a €5,000 monthly limit.
We charge 8% when the associated deposit has not been wagered at least once. The minimum fee is €4. We charge no withdrawal fee after you wager that deposit once.
